WEBDESK: On Tuesday the 7 year old “Artaza Abbas” son of Pakistan Army’s Lieutenant Colonel Zaheer, Master Artaza Abbas, was martyred as a result of unprovoked shelling by Indian forces.

According to security sources, Indian troops opened fire late at night between May 6 and 7, targeting civilian areas in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The cowardly attack by the Indian military caused severe damage and loss of innocent lives, including young Artaza Abbas, who became a victim of brutal aggression while sleeping peacefully at home.

The entire nation is mourning the tragic loss of innocent civilians due to India’s unprovoked aggression. Citizens across Pakistan have expressed deep sorrow and anger over the martyrdom of children and other civilians, calling the attack a blatant act of barbarity.

Reports confirm that during the cross border firing, Indian forces targeted six different locations in Pakistan, resulting in the martyrdom of at least 26 civilians and injuries to 46 others. Most of the areas hit were residential, making the loss even more painful.

This latest wave of aggression has once again highlighted the fragile security situation along the Line of Control and the urgent need for international attention to ongoing violations.

As funeral prayers will held for the young martyr on 5pm, H-8 graveyard. The grief of one family is now shared by the entire nation.
