WEBDESK: Indian Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi’s recent claim that Indian forces forced an enemy surrender in just 22 minutes during ‘Operation Sindoor’ has sparked widespread disbelief and sharp criticism. Across political and public circles, many have dismissed it as a desperate attempt to bury the harsh reality of India’s military humiliation in May 2025.

Speaking at an event in New Delhi, Modi proudly declared victory, praising the supposed performance of locally produced weapons. Yet, the facts on the ground painted a very different picture. The world witnessed Indian forces suffer clear setbacks, their military ambitions shattered, and their claims exposed as hollow.

The recent statements of Modi as nothing but a propaganda, cooked up to make Indian people forget about the definite disaster. Indead of squaring up the disastrous result of Sindoor operation, the Indian government seems to be bent on holding on to fake successes and malicious stories.

India tries to re-write the history as it happens on memorial day of May 2025 with imaginary victories, yet the global arena still sees what cannot be denied even by the best efforts of political rhetoric and high-staged declarations, the world has witnessed what it witnessed.

Earlier Indian journalist Raju Parulekar has held up a mirror to the Modi government, saying that due to Pakistan’s strong military and active foreign policy, regional powers like China, Turkey, Malaysia, and Azerbaijan supported Pakistan while India stood isolated and humiliated during its failed Operation Sindoor.

He questioned, “Countries like China, Turkey, and Azerbaijan supported Pakistan. Turkey, and China even sent aid. But who was with India? How many soldiers did we lose? How much damage did we suffer? If we accepted the ceasefire, then who actually lost?”

Indian experts and journalists are openly rejecting Modi’s version of Operation Sindoor, calling it a baseless political stunt. Many are exposing the truth behind the operation, revealing the reality of India’s military setbacks.
