Pakistan armed forces on Tuesday eliminated eleven Indian sponsored Khwarij during an intelligence-based operation in the general area of Sararogha, South Waziristan District.

The ISPR press release stated that the security forces conducted the operation after getting information regarding the presence of Khwarij belonging to Indian Proxy, Fitna al Khwarij.

“During the conduct of operation, own troops effectively engaged the khwarij location and resultantly, eleven Indian sponsored khwarij were sent to hell, while seven Khwarij got injured,” it stated.

However, one officer, along with one soldier, embraced martyrdom during the fight against Indian-sponsored Khwarij.

Major Syed Moiz Abbas Shah was 37 years old, belonged to District Chakwal, and was known amongst his peers for being a brave officer who led his troops from the front.

Major Syed Moiz Abbas Shah fought gallantly and paid the ultimate sacrifice along with another brave son of soil Lance Naik Jibran Ullah (age: 27 years, resident of District Bannu).

“Major Moiz, Shaheed was renowned for his courage and daring actions in numerous operations conducted against the khwarij.”

“Sanitization operation is being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored Kharji found in the area, as the security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of Indian Sponsored Terrorism from the country, and such sacrifices of our brave men further strengthen our resolve.”

Major Syed Moiz Abbas Shah was the officer who captured and detained the Indian pilot, Group Captain Abhinandan, in 2019 after his jet was shot down by the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) during escalating tensions.
